Refund Policy – Crazy Card
At Crazy Card, we aim to provide a safe and reliable purchasing experience.
Due to the nature of the products we offer (digital cards and activation codes), refund rules differ from physical goods.
Digital Products (Top-up cards, game cards, activation codes)
Digital products cannot be refunded or exchanged after the code has been delivered, as they are instantly activated and non-returnable.
A refund may be issued only in the following cases:
The delivered code is invalid.
The customer did not receive the code at all.
Customers must contact us within 24 hours of purchase if an issue occurs.
Refund requests are processed within 1 – 3 business days.
We may request evidence such as:
A screenshot of the error message
A short video showing the activation attempt
Disclaimer
Incorrect redemption due to choosing the wrong region/platform/account is not eligible for a refund.
If system checks confirm that the code was used or activated successfully, no refund will be issued.
